Entry description

‘This piece was inspired by the movement of the ocean, breaking waves and the power required to leap from the water. I used a lathe to spin and form the pewter and I cast the decorative parts before soldering everything together. My bowl is designed to be a functional and decorative object for the table. It is a piece that draws its energy from natural power but not aggression.’
