Gordon W. Robertson is a Scottish artist and metalsmith based In London, where he works in pewter, brass, copper, steel, zinc, silver and textiles. Gordon fuses traditional artisan techniques with his own unique methodology, specialising in hand-etched surface design. His work is highly tactile and textural, and is designed to enhance both traditional and contemporary luxury interiors. Gordon is a previous winner of Pewter Live: his roll of honour includes first prize Pewter Live 2012 and 2013, The Neish Pewter Award 2012, 2013 & 2019 and a QEST Scholarship in 2013.

SunZoomSpark is a burnt, oak-framed table with etched pewter, complemented by an etched and spun pewter bowl. The combination of wood, metal and repetitive line creates harmony. This work was inspired by a previous artistic collaboration with the Sheffield artist, Keith Tyssen.
