Entry description
The ‘In Balance’ Sushi Set is designed for home or restaurant use. It is inspired by yoga, which brings mind and body into harmony. A pattern of cosmos pressed onto the sushi dish represents harmony and balance. The soy dish is reminiscent of a singing bowl, used to evoke meditation, and has a raised cosmos pattern in the base. The cast chopsticks have a removable red felt collar, which is a nod to the mallets used with singing bowls.
